Our President and Head Chef Extraordinaire is David S. Cingari — a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and the University of New Haven Hotel & Restaurant Management. Since 1984 David has devoted his life to learning everything he could about creating amazing culinary experiences — from sourcing fresh ingredients and food presentation, to top-notch food prep and service — via stints in the Banquet Department at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in NYC and at his first restaurant, David’s American Food & Drink.

Today his passion for inventive recipes and authentic regional dishes (including David’s famous Sizzling Southern BBQ and New England Clambake menus), artful food presentation and professional, friendly service is a winning combination for every size client.
