STAMFORD FINE FOOD FOR A CAUSE

David’s Soundview Catering will be participating in the Stamford Family YMCA’s Fine Food for a Cause in January 2013.

GREENWICH HOSPITAL: GREAT CHEFS 2011

David’s Catering is a proud participant of Great Chefs 2011 to benefit wellness, educational and support programs offered by Community Health at Greenwich Hospital.

STAMFORD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: TASTE OF STAMFORD

David’s Soundview Catering will be participating in the 18th Annual Taste of Stamford on February 17th 2011 in benefit of the Stamford Chamber of Commerce. David’s Catering will be preparing the following featured dish: Asian Salmon slider with cilantro mayo, and Angus cheese slider with chipotle mayo.

FIRST COUNTY BANK: THE CHEF’S CHALLENGE

To benefit the First County Bank, David’s Catering competed in The Chef’s Challenge and was chosen for the finals on March 6th.

HOPE IN MOTION

David’s Catering regularly donates to and provides demonstrations for Hope in Motion, in benefit of the Bennett Cancer Center at Stamford Hospital

DOMUS

David’s Catering has teamed up with Domus to help feed more kids. David’s Staff and clients are committed to making sure unused or over produced foods will be transported to one of the Domus houses to help feed the kids living there and allowing some of the food money to be utilized for other necessary items such as school supplies and clothing.

THE MEN’S SHELTER

David’s Catering feeds over 40 men every Tuesday night at The Men’s Shelter.

FAIRFIELD COUNTY FOOD BANK: FAIRFIELD COUNTY EATS

The Fairfield County Eats brings chefs together for an annual tasting benefit. David’s also participates in a Connoisseurs Dinner with other local chefs. This event benefits the Fairfield County Food Bank. This event is held at the Stamford Yacht Club.

STAMFORD MUSEUM AND NATURE CENTER

David’s Catering always gives back to the Stamford Museum and Nature Center by donating gift certificates to events and donations of food.

CURTAIN CALL, INC.

David’s Catering is extremely involved with Curtain Call Theater by donating gift certificates and food donations for fundraisers. This year, David Cingari, owner of David’s Soundview Catering, will be donating himself! David is doing their largest annual fundraiser, Dancing with the Stars. David and ten other Stamford Business Owners will be placed with a professional dancer and will be dancing in May at the Palace Theatre in front of 2,000 people! It is a massive fundraiser and David is looking forward to supporting the organization through dancing this year!
